"We are what we repeatedly do"

INSIGHTS THAT TRAVEL
STRATEGIES THAT LAND

Global organisations don’t struggle with a lack of insight.
They struggle when insights stop resonating as they move across markets.

HABIT NOW helps global teams understand how consumer insight translates across cultural contexts - so strategies remains coherent, locally effective, and actionable.

What looks like an execution problem is often hiding a meaning problem

Insights that resonate as motivating, meaningful, or relevant in one cultural context can mean something very different, or nothing at all, in another - with real consequences for strategy and execution.

What looks like an execution problem is often a meaning problem.
What feels like local resistance is often cultural misalignment.

These issues rarely appear when insights are generated.
They surface when strategies are scaled.

OUR ROLE

HABIT NOW sits at the intersection between global insights and local execution.

We focus on habits - the everyday behaviours through which culture is expressed and strategy succeeds or fails.

Our work is supported by qualitative ethnographic approaches and the T.A.G. (Triggers, Actions, Goals) behavioural framework.

Cheerful Parade Moment

We run Cultural Insight Viability Assessments designed to translate consumer insight across cultural context and markets.

Our work is:

  • grounded in real behaviour

  • focused on meaning and interpretation

  • oriented toward decisions, not deliverables

We work at different depths depending on what the situation requires - from rapid sense-checks to more considered reviews and deeper foundational work.

WHY THIS MATTERS

When cultural translation is missing, businesses pay the price quietly:

  • strategies fragment

  • execution becomes inconsistent

  • senior leaders carry unseen risk

Getting this right reduces friction, protects investment, and increases confidence that global strategy will hold at scale.

Commuter Wearing Mask

If you’re navigating a situation where a strong insight needs to travel across markets - or where cultural differences are quietly undermining execution - we should talk.
